What We Do — Four Core Services
Marketplace Hosting
We connect Buyers and Sellers on our platform. We don't buy or sell items ourselves, and we're not a party to any transaction between users.
Buyer Protection
Every transaction includes a small Buyer Protection fee. Entitles you to a refund if an item arrives lost, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
Optional Add-ons
We offer additional tools and services for both Buyers and Sellers, described in later sections.
Donation Hub
We bridge the gap between the public and organisations that need support, such as orphanages and charities.
We are responsible for the services we provide, within the limits of our commitments and applicable law.
